The president of the “FC Girls” club, which plays in the UAE Football League competitions, Badria Faisal, confirmed that Emirati women’s football has talents capable of going away with the level of ambitions, and the asceticism of the crowning platforms of Asian clubs and reaching the global.

She said in statements to «Emirates Today» that her team – which has sponsored since its establishment with most of its expenses, and ended yesterday, ended its season in the women’s football league, with the meeting of the “Brigishine Futbol” team at the Hamid Al -Tayer Stadium in Al -Nasr Club in Dubai – presented a model on the field of professional thought capable of refining these talents and presenting them to the national team.

Badria Faisal said: “The idea of ​​establishing the (FC Girls) team came with great support from the Football Association, in the adoption of many players who were training with the federation, most of them from the team’s players, and pushing them to participate in an organized team in the Emirati women’s league, in the idea of ​​quickly turned into a team that represents a vital artery for the women’s team.”

She added: «My team, which ended its second season in a league that includes six clubs, half of which are academies, proves that women’s football includes talents capable of reaching the world, and it needs great support from the national partners to adopt these talents, and transform these aspirations into a tangible reality that will be reflected in its results on the national women’s teams.

She explained: «My relations with the sports community, whether Dubai Sports Council, or the Professional League Association, and even with local, Arab and international football stars, were behind the correct foundations for establishing a team competing in the UAE Ladies League, and providing a healthy environment for players, especially those representing the team, but the continuation of these steps and expanding the base of discovering talents and upgrading achievements to compete at the continental level in need of support Mali is great, especially since the establishment of the (FC Girls) team and all its requirements bearing it from my own pocket.

And she continued: “I succeeded in establishing important partnerships for the team representing the nucleus of professional thought in the Emirati women’s league, including partnership with (Nike), (Tik Talk) and others, as well as a good relationship with the former France, Arsenal and Manchester City player in Carrie Sanya, who has become the largest fan of the team, took over his training, and helped to develop the talent of the players.”

And about her future ambitions for the “FC Girls” team, Faisal said: “My long relationships with the sporting football community gave me sufficient experiences in setting the strategic goals of the” FC Girls “team and the team’s academy, to go ahead with the expansion of the base of the players, and to include new groups of Sunni stages that reach the age of five, in talents capable of the near future to the honorable representation of the Emirati women’s ball, by providing adequate support for obtaining The players and talents are more experiences. ”
