Dubai Chamber of Commerce enhances the opportunities for local companies in the Caucasus and Southeast Asia

Dubai, June 26 / WAM / The Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three rooms operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, organized today, the first series of “Business Opportunities under Microscope” initiative for the second half of the year 2025, with the aim of helping local companies to explore the prospects for expansion in the markets of Armenia, Georgia, Malaysia, and Cambodia.
The event witnessed the presence of His Excellency Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dubai Chambers, His Excellency George Gangava, the Ambassador of the Republic of Georgia to the UAE, His Excellency Saman Man, the Extraordinary Ambassador and Commissioner of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Kuwait, Qatar, the Emirates and Bahrain, in addition to His Excellency Mohammed Fadli Omari Aliman, the Consul General of Malaysia in Dubai, and Fergus Hofpyan, the first secretary at the Embassy of Armenia in the UAE, And His Excellency Mohammed Ali Rashid Lootah, Director General of Dubai Chambers.
The event of “business opportunities under microscope” attracted more than 160 participants, during which the most important commercial and investment opportunities and businesses were reviewed in the four markets, as well as the attendance closely on the data of the promising economic sectors and effective strategies to enter these markets and achieve sustainable growth in them.
Salem Al Shamsi, Vice President of International Relations in Dubai Chambers, affirmed their commitment to enhance the ability of the local business community to seize promising opportunities in global markets and achieve sustainable growth and expansion based on the ingredients that Dubai is distinguished as a leading business center internationally, which contributes to supporting the competitiveness of the private sector and the growth of non -oil foreign trade of the emirate.

The session included a presentation on the efforts made by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce to support the expansion of Dubai companies in foreign markets, with a review of commercial and investment opportunities available in the markets of Armenia, Georgia, Malaysia and Cambodia.
This was followed by the holding of a dialogue session on the prospects for trade and investment in those markets.
Participants in these meetings have in -depth information about the markets in which they are studying commercial and investment, while providing appropriate recommendations through all stages of their external expansion, starting with the provision of market data, and the guidelines for business practicing to the mechanisms of establishing companies and concluding joint projects
The outputs of “Business Opportunities under Microscope” constitute a point for the “New Prospects for External Expansion” initiative that allows Dubai companies the opportunity to join commercial missions organized by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce to carefully selected external markets, and organize events and meetings in these markets with the aim of exploring investment opportunities and joint economic partnerships.
