“Dubai Roads” provides free Wi -Fi on board all cities transportation

The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority has completed the provision of free internet service (Wi -Fi), in cooperation with IDS, in all transport buses through its 259 city cities Fujairah.

City bus users will be able to connect to the Internet for free through their smartphones, tablets and laptops while moving to stay in contact with their business and other connections, as well as browsing the Internet in general.

This initiative comes within the framework of the continuous efforts of the Roads and Transport Authority to accelerate the digital transformation in its various services, in a way that meets the needs of all segments of society, in line with the national strategy of the digital government of the United Arab Emirates, as it confirms the authority’s commitment to upgrade the daily movement of movement, by making trips through buses more enjoyable and beneficial, in addition to supporting Dubai’s ambition to become the most smart and happiest city in the world.

This technical service will be subject to continuous evaluation and accurately to expand it and develop it in cooperation with ELD, in order to ensure the provision of the finest Wi -Fi service to bus passengers and maritime transport in the Emirate of Dubai.
