“Dilmun Poultry” hosts the evaluation of smart industrial readiness (Siri)

Dilmun Poultry Company recently hosted, in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, a formal evaluation visit to the SMI index (Siri), as part of its relentless endeavor to enhance its industry capabilities 4.0 and digital transformation. This evaluation aims to provide a comprehensive and independent view of the company’s current readiness level and its adoption of the principles of smart industry.

The Smart Industrial Ready Index (Siri) is a comprehensive set of frameworks and tools that help manufacturers – regardless of their size or industry – to start their industrial transformation trips, expand and sustain their industrial trips, and the index covers the three basic elements of the industry 4.0: the process, technology, and organization.

The official evaluation of Siri (OSA) is designed as an independent review of the factory or facility, and aims to balance the technical accuracy and the ease of practical application. This evaluation is carried out by Siri (CSAS) evaluators, who are qualified industrial experts and trainers to conduct reviews accurately and objectively.

At the end of this evaluation, Dilmun Poultry will receive an official report that includes a comprehensive analysis of its current condition across 16 detailed, and its comparison with the leading companies in the industry (performance standards) and most importantly, the report will provide clear and specific recommendations for the maximum priority areas for improvement, which enables the company to formulate a targeted and effective way of turning a roadmark.
