"Knowledge break" It organizes a bouquet of cognitive and creative events

Dubai, August 15 /WAM /A “Knowledge Break” launched one of the initiatives of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation for Knowledge, a group of rich events for the month of August, which target various age groups in several cities inside and outside the country and provides a mixture of cognitive activities, creative workshops and dialogue sessions that combine interaction, specialization and innovation.
This comes within the framework of its message to build a sustainable knowledge society and consolidate qualitative reading to make it an essential part of the daily life of individuals.
The activities started with a knowledge break in Canada, which organized a session that discussed a book in education entitled “Our children are jewels but we are mourning” and the effectiveness of “What do you read?” It encouraged the participants to explore cognitive recommendations for valuable books through short videos on the Instagram platform.
The “Future Writer” workshop also organized the written skills of the young woman and the workshop “the art of rhetoric and speaking in front of the audience”, which aimed to enhance the confidence of the participants in communication skills.
The reading session of the story of “The Little Prince” came as part of the “Summer Knowledge” initiative launched by the Foundation to encourage children to discover human values through reading, while the “We create a storytelling” workshop focused on developing visual imagination and creativity in children.
A dialogue session entitled “Artificial Intelligence and Literature: Challenges and Possibilities” was organized under the umbrella of the Knowledge Youth Club, reviewing the growing overlap between modern technologies and creative writing. The break is organizing a discussion session on the novel “Azazel” in the city of Al Ain.
The city of Alexandria is witnessing a session “A Book of My Library” as part of its efforts towards activating the cognitive movement outside the UAE.
The activities continue with the “Little Knowledge calligrapher” workshop to teach the Arabic calligraphy for the young and the development of their aesthetic taste to hold a session of discussing the book “Searching for Voice” in Sharjah and Ajman to reinforce the collective reading dialogue.
The initiative also hosts the “Daily Writing” workshop to encourage documenting self -experiences creatively, while a day is devoted to the effectiveness of the “World Humanitarian Action” that highlights the concepts of giving and humanity in an inspiring volunteer context.
Interactive workshops continue with a “inspiring story on the tongue of a bird”, which motivates children to tell stories from a fictional perspective. An effectiveness in Khorfakkan also organizes a specialized book in Personal Financial Management, which reflects the initiative’s interest in developing financial and economic awareness. In addition to a “stories of image inspired” workshop that connects the image and the narrative imagination.
The initiative devoted a session in Abu Dhabi to the book “Ikega” in the context of promoting a balanced philosophy of life, followed by a “writing break” session for a literary book within the sessions of creative awareness and then a knowledge break in Fujairah, which celebrates the Emirati Women’s Day by reading a literary book that devotes the voice of women and their experiences. The events conclude with my knowledge sessions in Dubai and Al -Ain, where the first sheds light on feminist literary production in the country, while the second provides a reading in a novel bearing philosophical and emotional dimensions.
In addition to these events, a “Knowledge Book” provides a series of activities that continue throughout the current month, including reading sessions such as “Who is this doll?” And interactive workshops such as “your favorite personality .. Let us make it together” that combine drawing and literature in an environment that stimulates imagination and creativity and a “Iqra Books series” that aims to introduce the participants with development and educational books and a workshop “to make a photo story” in addition to the effectiveness of “small knowledge calligrapher”.
