The draft of the regulation confirmed that no facility will be allowed to appoint or employ any individual in Occupational safety and health professions , or assign tasks associated with them, unless they have the necessary professional license or accreditation from the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health, which is a radical change that guarantees the presence of qualified cadres in this sector. Providing relevant services except under a good license, with a prohibition of exceeding the scope set in that license, whether in terms of professions or services allowed to be provided. Standardization of the reference of the application Individual licenses classification At the level of individuals, the regulations classified the licensing paths to a “professional” and “practitioner”, under which multiple categories such as the expert, advisor, specialist and technician, based on criteria that include the educational qualification, practical experience and professional certificates, with mandatory registration in specialized professional bodies.
