المملكة: Including 1,800 infiltrators… 21,000 violators of residency, work, and border security regulations were arrested in a week

Joint field campaigns to follow up and control violators of the residency, labor, and border security regulations, which took place in all regions of the Kingdom, for the period from 2 to 8 October 2025, yielding the following results:

First: The total number of violators who were caught in the joint security field campaigns in all regions of the Kingdom reached (21,403) violators, including (12,439) violators of the residency system, (4,650) violators of the border security system, and (4,314) violators of the labor system.

Apprehending violators

Second: The total number of people arrested while trying to cross the border into the Kingdom reached (1,874) people (45%) of whom were Yemeni nationals, (54%) Ethiopian nationalities, and other nationalities (1%), and (36) people were arrested for their attempt. Crossing the border outside the Kingdom in an irregular manner.

Third: (29) were arrested involved in transporting, harboring, and employing violators Residence, work, and border security regulationsand covering them up. Fourth: The total number of those currently subject to regulations implementation procedures has reached (31,344) violating expatriates, including (29,840) men and (1,504) women.

Fifth: (23,824) violators were referred to their diplomatic missions to obtain travel documents, and (2764) violators were referred to complete their travel reservations, and were deported. (11,849) violators.

The Ministry of Interior confirmed that anyone who facilitates the entry of violators of the border security system into the Kingdom, or transports them within it, or provides them with shelter, or provides them with any assistance or service in any way, exposes himself to penalties of up to 15 years in prison, a fine of up to one million riyals, confiscation of the means of transportation and housing used for shelter, in addition to defamation of him.

She explained that this crime is considered a major crime that requires arrest and is against honor and trust, urging that any cases of violation be reported to the number (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiyah, and (999) and (996) in the rest of the regions of the Kingdom.
