The President of Croatia praises President Sisi’s wisdom in dealing with challenges and his efforts to stop the Gaza war

 The President of Croatia, Zoran Milanovic, praised the wisdom of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi in dealing with challenges in the Middle East region, praising the Egyptian efforts that culminated in reaching a ceasefire agreement in Gaza, and the Egyptian role in achieving stability in the Middle East.

This came during the presentation of her credentials to the President by Ambassador Rania Al-Banna, the Egyptian Ambassador to the Republic of Croatia. Croatia, in an official ceremony at the Presidential Palace in the capital, Zagreb, in the presence of senior officials, followed by a meeting with the Croatian President.

 

During the meeting, the Egyptian Ambassador conveyed the greetings of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to President Milanovic, and handed him the official invitation to participate in the opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum on the first of next November, indicating that the President looked forward to receiving him in Cairo. 

 

President Milanovic welcomed the invitation and asked to convey his greetings to Mr. President, confirming his and his wife’s participation in the opening.

 

The Ambassador praised the historical relations between Egypt and Croatia, and pointed to the boom witnessed in bilateral relations, stressing The importance of strengthening economic and trade cooperation.

 

For his part, President Milanovic expressed his pride in relations with Egypt, stressing the similarity of the two countries’ views on many regional and international issues.

 

The Egyptian ambassador affirmed Egypt’s aspiration to host a conference for the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip with the participation of partners. Regional and international.
