Khor Fakkan stops Ajman’s series of victories

The Khor Fakkan team succeeded in stopping Ajman’s winning streak, after beating them 2-1, in the match that brought them together this Saturday evening at Rashid Bin Saeed Stadium, in the presence of 1,500 fans, in the sixth round of the ADNOC Professional League.

The match began with a clear advantage for the visiting team, before Tariq Tisodale was able to snatch the lead goal for Khor Fakkan in the second minute of stoppage time for the first half, after a perfect pass from his colleague Elton Bowa, which put him in front of the goal so that the ball could confidently enter the net.

In the second half, the hosts tried to return to the atmosphere of the match, and Junior Flemings succeeded in equalizing in the 74th minute, taking advantage of a cross from Letheri Silva that the Khor Fakkan defense mishandled.
But the “Eagles” team did not wait long before regaining its advantage, as Pedro Pavlov fired a powerful and surprising shot that hit goalkeeper Ali Al Hosani in the 80th minute.

With this victory, Khor Fakkan raised its score to seven points, remaining in 11th place, while Ajman’s score froze at nine points in eighth place.
