Urgent.. lack of quorum in the general assembly of Zamalek

It was officially announced that the quorum for the General Assembly meeting of the Zamalek Club, which was dedicated to voting on the Ministry of Youth and Sports Law No. 171 of 2025, was not complete.
This came according to what was announced by Counselor Montaser Abdel-Al, Vice President of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, and Head of the Judicial Authority supervising the meeting, explaining that a quorum requires the attendance of at least 4,000 members who are entitled to Participation in the Assembly, while only 898 members attended.
The judicial committee supervising the voting process was headed by Counselor Montaser Abdel-Al, and included in its membership Counselor Majed Abu Bakr and Counselor Mohamed Salah, deputy heads of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, along with Dr. Mohamed Al-Sabrout, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Giza, and Dr. Ihab Al-Fawy, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth. and Sports, Dr. Ibrahim Abdel Razek, Director of the Bodies Department of the Youth and Sports Directorate, and Muhammad Rabie, Coordinator of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
