Application Comprehensive
According to Article Three of the regulation, its provisions apply to all workers in public agencies, private sector establishments, and non-profit organizations, regardless of the type of contractual relationship or nature of work.
The system requires a medical examination for professional fitness in several cases; The most prominent of these are before appointment, when applying for employment, after an occupational injury, or when returning from a long sick leave, or in the event of doubt about the worker’s ability to perform his work.
Periodic examinations are applied in professions that require this, or when changing the profession or work environment, or when using new equipment or devices, in addition to cases that include exposure to substances with a long latency period, such as substance Asbestos.
