Al Ain celebrates in front of the Al Hamriyah goal 7 times… and qualifies for the cup without difficulty

Al Ain team advanced to the quarter-finals of the President’s Cup after a sweeping victory over Al Hamriyah with seven goals to no return, today, Sunday, at Khalid bin Mohammed Stadium in Sharjah, in a match in which there was a complete absence of competition and witnessed absolute superiority for Al-Zaeem.
The goals came successively from the sixth minute through Sufyan Rahimi, then Rafael Villa added the second goal in the 13th minute, before Matias Blasius scored the third goal in the 41st minute, ending the first half with Al Ain leading by 3 clean goals.
In the second half, Al Ain continued its absolute control, with Amadou Niang scoring the fourth goal in the 68th minute, before Kodjo Laba added two consecutive goals in the 73rd and 80th minutes, so Al Ain concluded the goal festival with the seventh goal.
The match witnessed the participation of a number of Al Ain substitutes who did not find any difficulty in imposing their rhythm, while Al Hamriyah, led by veteran goalkeeper Majed Nasser and winger Ismail Al Hammadi, failed to keep up with the pace of the match or threaten Al Ain’s goal with any significant opportunity.
This victory is considered the largest in the round of 16 this season, at a time when the rest of the matches witnessed great difficulty and notable surprises, most notably the exit of Sharjah and Al-Nasr, and the hard-fought rise of Shabab Al-Ahly and Al-Wahda against Al-Bataeh and Al-Dhafra, respectively.
The referee ended the match without counting any minutes of stoppage time immediately after the seventh goal, announcing a well-deserved and easy qualification for Al Ain to the quarter-finals.
