Korea, China, and Norway take the lead, and the 300-meter and 25-meter competitions ignite the atmosphere of the world championship

On a day full of excitement and strong competition, the fields of the Egypt International Olympic Games City in the New Capital witnessed the remarkable brilliance of many international teams in the activities of the World Shooting Championship, as the teams continued to win medals amid high technical performance and intense concentration from the shooters in various competitions.
Today’s results came in the 25 meter standard pistol competition – For the men’s teams, South Korea topped the team competition after an organized and consistent performance that enabled it to snatch the gold through the trio: (Cho Young-jae – Lee Gun-hyuk – Park Jung), and the Chinese national team won the silver medal through: (Soo Lian Bufan – Huo Xiu – Ni Zhixin), while Kazakhstan came in third place, winning the bronze medal through: (Cheryukin Nikita – Fedkin). Kirill – Kabakov Artemy).
And in the 25 meter standard pistol competition – Men’s Singles
Switzerland continued its superiority in the standard pistol competition, where Schop Adrian won the gold medal after a strong and determined performance, and South Korean Cho Young-jae came in runner-up, winning the silver medal. While Ukrainian Kuro Stylov Pavlo won the bronze medal.
And in the 25 meter standard pistol competition – Women
China imposed its dominance in the women’s singles competition, as Yao Qianchun won the gold medal, Turkey’s Tarhan Sevval Ilida came in second place, winning the silver medal, while Hungary’s Major Veronique won the bronze medal.
And in the 25 meter standard pistol competition – Women’s teams
China completed its superiority at the team level as well, after winning gold with: (Yao Qianchun – Sun Yujie – Chen Jia), and the Hungarian team came in second place, winning the silver medal with:
(Major Veronica – Fabian Sara Rahel – Seki Renate), while Turkey won the bronze medal with: (Tarhan Sevval Ilayda – Yilmaz Semal – Bozabali Asra).
And in the 300 meter rifle competition, 3 positions – Women
This competition witnessed clear Norwegian dominance, as shooter Katerina Lund won the gold medal after a distinguished and balanced technical performance in the three modes, and her compatriot Janet Hege Dustad came in second place, achieving the silver medal, while the bronze medal went to the Swiss Szabo Boza Marta.
The Egyptian Shooting Federation, headed by Hazem Hosni, confirmed Today’s competitions witnessed high technical levels and precise organizational progress in all fields, indicating that the tournament is proceeding according to the highest standards of precision and safety, amid wide praise from international delegations for the ideal atmosphere inside the new capital.
