The National Training Academy participates in the World Conference on Population, Health and Development 2025

Dr. Sulafa Juwaili, Executive Director of the National Training Academy, participated as a keynote speaker in the “Learning Without Borders” session. During the activities of the third edition of the World Conference on Population, Health and Development, held under the patronage of the President of the Republic, with the participation of a number of ministers and education leaders from Egypt and several countries.

Dr. Sulafa stressed in her speech that investing in human building is the focus of the Egyptian experience in development, noting that the global labor market is witnessing rapid change, and that more than 50% of the workforce will need to rehabilitate their skills by 2030.

She explained that the academy It applies the concept of continuous learning through three basic axes: integrating national efforts with global trends, smart digital transformation, and achieving equity in providing training opportunities.

The participation of the National Training Academy comes as a continuation of its role in preparing leaders, supporting youth, and promoting the principle of comprehensiveness in training nationwide, through specialized programs, the number of beneficiaries of which has exceeded 36,000 graduates so far.
