The Minister of Higher Education launches cooperation to produce “Light and the World of Intelligence”
Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education, witnessed the celebration of the special screening of the animation series “Noor and the Box of Secrets,” produced by the Academy of Scientific Research in cooperation with the International Organization of Al-Azhar Graduates, as part of the celebration of the 18th anniversary of the founding of the organization.
The ceremony included the signing of a new cooperation agreement between the academy, the organization, and Al-Azhar University to produce the series “Light and the World of Intelligence,” and to support innovation programs and develop youth skills, as part of efforts to build the Egyptian human being.
The Minister stressed that cooperation between scientific, religious and cultural institutions represents the basis for consolidating national identity and spreading scientific awareness, pointing to the importance of employing animation and soft power to simplify science, instill positive values, fight extremism, and prepare a generation capable of competing globally.
Dr. Gina Al-Feki explained that the series “Noor and the Box of Secrets” It presents innovative cognitive content that introduces children to Egypt’s scientific symbols and enhances belonging, stressing that the work represents a contemporary educational platform that uses artificial intelligence and holograms.
The President of Al-Azhar University, Dr. Salama Gomaa, stressed that hosting the celebration confirms Al-Azhar’s role in spreading moderate thought through modern artistic tools, while Dr. Abbas Shoman stressed the importance of animation in instilling values and addressing negative behaviors in children.
The ceremony included a special presentation of one of the episodes of the new series, in addition to honoring the Minister of Higher Education, the President of the Academy, and the work team in appreciation of their contribution to supporting scientific culture.
The new agreement also included training programs for innovation, entrepreneurship and artificial intelligence, the establishment of business incubators for students, the development of joint artistic projects, in addition to the production of the series “Nour and the World of Intelligence” At a cost of 8 million pounds to simplify the concepts of artificial intelligence for children.
