A medical study reveals the physiological age of Cristiano Ronaldo

Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo looks much younger than his real age, as the captain of the Saudi Al-Nassr football team impresses everyone not only on the field, but also with his physical abilities that defy his age, and he is forty years old.
Data published by American laboratories revealed that Ronaldo’s physiological age is only 28.7 years, that is, about 12 years younger than his current age.
US laboratories analyze nine parameters related to sleep, exercise and physical condition, including sleep quality, physical activity, heart rate zones and body mass.
Biometric data revealed that Ronaldo’s body is “ideally prepared for optimal sleep, recovery and performance,” and the (Homa-AR) analysis, which measures the efficiency of insulin in energy production, shows that the veteran star has “superior metabolic control, nourishes muscles, maintains energy stability, and prolongs his life.”
Even his hemoglobin levels show “exceptional endurance and aerobic capacity, even at the peak of every match.”
For his part, Ronaldo expressed his happiness with these results on his personal account on the social networking site (X), where he responded sarcastically, “Data don’t lie.”
It is noteworthy that Ronaldo, whose market value currently amounts to 12 million euros, according to the website (Transfermarkt), which specializes in the marketing values of football players, participated in 12 matches with Al-Nasr in all competitions during the current season, during which he scored 11 goals and provided two decisive passes to his teammates, noting that he recently led the Portugal national team to advance to the 2026 World Cup finals in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
