Egyptian player Ramadan Sobhi was banned for 4 years due to doping

The International Sports Court (CAS) issued a decision to suspend Ramadan Sobhi, a winger for the first football team of the Egyptian Pyramids Club, for a period of four years, due to tampering with his doping sample.

A source at the Egyptian Anti-Doping Organization said in exclusive statements to the German News Agency on Wednesday that they had already received notification of the suspension of Ramadan Sobhi, and that the Egyptian Football Association would be notified of the matter.

The International Anti-Doping Organization had decided to appeal before the Cass against the decision of the Egyptian Anti-Doping Organization to acquit Ramadan Sobhi of doping, which was issued in July 2024 and which ruled on the previous ruling.
