Field patrols of the Special Forces for Environmental Security, while performing their tasks, were able to implement Environmental system in Prince Mohammed bin Salman Royal Reserve (4) citizens were arrested: Rakan Faleh Mohammed Al-Sharari, Abdullah Sayyah Awad Al-Sharari, Nayef Jadil Musaher Al-Sharari, and Faisal Saud Mohammed Al-Sharari, for committing the violation of hunting without a license, in possession of (3) shotguns, (117) assorted ammunition, a bird attracting device, (7) fishing nets, and (4) fungal organisms. A trap.
They were stopped, legal measures were taken against them, and they were referred to the competent authority.
I stressed Special Forces for Environmental Security are committed to adhering to the environmental system and its executive regulations that prohibit the hunting of wild creatures, stressing that the penalty for using shotguns in hunting without a license is a fine of (100,000) riyals, the penalty for using nets, traps, and snares in fishing in violation is a fine of (100,000) riyals, the penalty for using bird attracting devices is a fine of (50,000) riyals, and the penalty for hunting gray cranes without a license is a fine. (12,000) riyals, and the penalty for hunting without a license is a fine of (10,000) riyals, and the penalty for hunting in places where wild hunting is prohibited is a fine of (5,000) riyals.
Wildlife
It called for the initiative to report any cases that represent an attack on the environment or wildlife, by calling (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiyah, and (999). And (996) in the rest of the regions of the Kingdom, and all reports will be treated with complete confidentiality, without any responsibility on the part of the informant.
The Environmental Security Special Forces also arrested a citizen violating the environmental system, for committing a violation of grazing (39) camels in sites where grazing is prohibited in the King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve, and regulatory procedures were applied against him.
