Al-Ahly faces Zamalek in the professional handball league
The Al-Ahly club’s men’s handball team will face its counterpart, Zamalek, at three in the afternoon today, Friday, as part of the summit of the seventeenth round of the professional league for the local season 2025-2026. The handball team and 20 members of the Egyptian Federation referees.
Heliopolis Club officials stipulated that Al-Ahly Club host the summit match of the seventeenth round of the Professional Handball League, today, without fans.
This match is the responsibility of hosting Al-Ahly Club, and Heliopolis agreed to host it without fans in the Shorouk branch, in light of the busyness of Hassan Mostafa Halls and Cairo Stadium.
Al-Ahly is in first place with 39 points and 57 total legal points between 2006 and 2008, after playing 13 matches and remaining with 3 deferred matches, while Zamalek is in second place with 40 points at the professional level, and 54.5 total legal points after playing 15 matches and remaining with deferred matches.
