20 new dialysis machines enter the service of Giza hospitals

Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, confirmed that the state continues its intensive efforts to improve the health system and improve the quality of services provided to citizens.  

 

 

The governor explained that a new batch of dialysis machines had been provided to improve the medical infrastructure in hospitals, noting that 20 new dialysis machines had been supplied to support government hospitals with the aim of raising the efficiency of dialysis units in the governorate and reducing the burden on patients, pointing out that the devices were distributed through the Health Affairs Directorate according to the actual needs of each medical facility, as it supported Imbaba General Hospital. With ten machines.

 

The service at Al-Saff Hospital was also enhanced with four machines, in addition to providing Tahrir General Hospital with two machines, and the same at Shabramant Hospital, in addition to supporting Abu Nomros Hospital with two machines, ensuring improved performance and raising the departments’ readiness to receive the largest number of cases.

 

 

The governor stressed that this support represents an important step in a series of measures. The governorate is taking it in coordination with the Ministry of Health to expand the scope of medical services and improve their quality in line with the state’s vision of building an advanced health system capable of meeting the needs of citizens.

 

 

For his part, Dr. Ishaq Jamil Ishaq, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Giza, explained that the health system in the governorate is witnessing successive development steps during the current period, including the start of operation of the ultrasound clinic at Al-Saf Central Hospital to provide integrated diagnostic services, noting that The clinic will operate on Saturdays and Mondays a week to meet the needs of patients, stressing that its operation comes within the directorate’s plan to improve the quality of diagnostic services and facilitate citizens’ access to accurate medical care within the scope of their centers without the need to move to other hospitals.
