المملكة: Saudi Arabia and 7 countries renew their rejection of displacement after the occupation’s statements regarding the Rafah crossing


The Foreign Ministers of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, the Emirates, Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkey, and Qatar expressed deep concern over the statements issued by the Israeli side regarding Fatah in one direction with the aim of expelling the residents of the Gaza Strip to the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The ministers stress their complete rejection of any attempts to from their land, and they stress the necessity of fully adhering to the plan of US President Donald Trump, and what it included in opening the Rafah crossing in both directions, ensuring the freedom of movement of the population, and not forcing any of the people of the Gaza Strip to leave, but rather creating the appropriate conditions for them to remain on their land and participate in building their homeland, within the framework of an integrated vision to restore stability and improve their humanitarian conditions.

Regional Stability

The Ministers renew their appreciation for President Trump’s commitment to establishing peace in the region, and stress the importance of moving forward with the implementation of President Trump’s plan in all its entitlements without delay or disruption, in a way that achieves security and peace, and consolidates the foundations of regional stability.

In this context, the Ministers stress the necessity of fully establishing the ceasefire, putting an end to the suffering of civilians, and ensuring the entry of humanitarian aid. Towithout restrictions or obstacles, embarking on early recovery and reconstruction efforts, and creating conditions for the return of the Palestinian Authority to assume its responsibilities in the Gaza Strip, thus establishing a new phase of security and stability in the region.

The Ministers affirm their countries’ readiness to continue working and coordinating with the United States of America and all relevant regional and international parties, to ensure the full implementation of Security Council Resolution No. 2803, and all relevant Council resolutions, and to provide an enabling environment to achieve a just, comprehensive, and sustainable peace. In accordance with international legitimacy resolutions and the principle of the two-state solution, leading to the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on the lines of June 4, 1967, including the occupied territories in Gaza and the West Bank, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
