Schubert comments on the Housing Minister’s statement about Zamalek land: The matter is over
The journalist Ahmed Schubert confirmed that the Minister of Housing issued a statement regarding the crisis of the land that was allocated to the Zamalek Club and was withdrawn from it.
Schubert explained, during his radio program “With Schubert” On Radio On Sport FM on Monday, the statement of Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, said: “I extend my greetings to the Zamalek fans and its esteemed board of directors. We respect and support all the fan clubs, and the Zamalek club is one of the league clubs. The land withdrawn from Zamalek was allocated since 2003 and went through many stages, and the legal period has passed and ended, and the relevant committees have taken the necessary measures, and there is coordination with Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, the Minister of Youth and Sports, in order to And finding alternative solutions that will be presented to the Prime Minister to obtain an alternative land.”
Schubert called on the Zamalek Board of Directors to work on obtaining the alternative land, noting that the club had already paid for the land, and Zamalek officials may want to wait until the investigations are completed.
