New world gold for Egypt.. Omar Zidane is crowned world champion in “Laser Run” in South Africa

Egyptian champion Omar Ahmed Zidan, a modern pentathlete player at Madinaty Club, achieved a new global achievement by winning the gold medal in the Laser Run “running and shooting” competitions, within the World Laser Run Championship, which was held in Mossel Bay, South Africa, under the umbrella of the International Union of Modern Pentathlon (UIPM).
It came. Omar Zidane was crowned after a distinguished performance and strong competition with an elite group of world players, as he topped the race, achieving first place with a remarkable time, raising the Egyptian flag high on the podium, and confirming the advanced position that Egypt now occupies in the sport of modern pentathlon at the regional and international levels.
The achievement is the culmination of great efforts made by the player and the technical and administrative staff, as the Madinaty Club family extended its sincere congratulations to the technical and administrative staff of the modern pentathlon. To the club under the leadership of Dr. Ahmed Abdel Hakim, and to the Sports Activity Department led by Mohamed Abdel Hamid, for the technical and organizational support they provided that contributed to achieving this global success.
