Liverpool is flirting with Mohamed Salah: a record breaker

It seems that the relationship between the English club Liverpool and its Egyptian star Mohamed Salah is on the way to recovery, after the Egyptian pharaoh achieved a new record in the Premier League.
Mohamed Salah topped the list of players who contributed most to scoring goals in the Premier League (scoring and assists) with one club, thanks to his assist during Liverpool’s match against Brighton, reaching number 277 in his career with Liverpool, surpassing Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney.
Liverpool published, on its official platform, a 52-minute video clip, which includes all of Mohamed Salah’s 277 goals and passes in the English Premier League with Liverpool, celebrating his new record.
The video was titled: “Record breaker… Watch all of Mohamed Salah’s goals and assists with Liverpool in the English Premier League.”
This celebration came after the club’s relationship with Salah witnessed extreme tension following statements he made last week, after sitting on the bench for three consecutive matches.
The match against Brighton, on Saturday, was Salah’s last match before he travels to participate with the “Pharaohs” in the 2025 African Cup of Nations in Morocco, between December 21 and January 18, 2026.
