Al Ain lost focus and balls, losing two “Victory” points.

Al Ain player, Eric Jorgens, expressed his disappointment after the 2-2 draw with Al Nassr, the day before yesterday, at Al Maktoum Stadium in the 10th round of the ADNOC Professional League, stressing that the lack of concentration and frequent loss of balls prevented victory.

Eric explained that the team appeared well during many periods of the match, and said: “I finally returned from an injury that kept me out of the field for nearly three months. We performed well, but losing a large number of balls directly affected us, and in the end we lost two points that we aspired to gain.”

Eric added, “Competing in the league this season has become more difficult,” noting that losing points has become a common occurrence for all teams. He said: “This is the state of the league. Al-Wahda lost two points in the last round against Dibba, and today we tied with Al-Nasr, which is a strong team and has distinguished elements, and the confrontations against it are always difficult.”

The Al Ain player stressed that the team’s character is present in various circumstances, stressing the need to correct mistakes quickly.
