المملكة: Urgent: Saudi Arabia and Islamic and Arab countries condemn Israel’s repeated violations in Gaza

Foreign Ministers expressed The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the State of The United Arab Emirates, the State of Qatar, the Republic of Indonesia, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the Republic of EgyptArab Republic and the Turkish Republic expressed their strong condemnation of the repeated violations committed by Israel of the ceasefire in Gaza, which resulted in the death and injury of more than a thousand Palestinians.
The ministers stressed that these practices represent a dangerous escalation that would inflame tensions and undermine the efforts made to stabilize the truce and consolidate stability, at a time when the efforts of regional and international parties are joining forces to move forward in implementing the phase. The second of the peace plan proposed by President Donald Trump, and to implement United Nations Security Council Resolution No. 2803.
They also stressed that the repetition of these violations constitutes a direct threat to the political track in a way that would hinder the ongoing efforts to create the appropriate conditions for the transition to a more stable phase in the Gaza Strip on the security and humanitarian levels, stressing the need for full commitment; In order to ensure the success of the second phase of the peace plan.
The right of the Palestinian people
The ministers called on all parties to fully assume their responsibilities during this delicate stage, and to exercise the utmost levels of self-restraint, in order to preserve the ceasefire and ensure its sustainability, and to refrain from any measures or practices that would undermine the current efforts, and to create favorable conditions to move forward towards early recovery and reconstruction.
The ministers reiterated their emphasis on the importance of reaching peace. Just, comprehensive and lasting, based on the inalienable right of the Palestinian people to self-determination and to establish their independent state in accordance with international law, relevant Security Council resolutions and the Arab Peace Initiative.
