“Fursan Al Emirates” participates in the World Show Jumping Championship in Germany

The Emirates Show Jumping Knights will participate in the World Championships, which will be held in the German city of Aachen next August.

The Emirates riders are preparing to participate in the global event through gradual preparation in a number of European championships during the next stage, with the aim of enhancing their physical capabilities and raising the levels of horses’ readiness to participate in the competitions.

Mohammed Ibrahim Al Nakhi, Director of the Show Jumping Committee at the Emirates Equestrian and Racing Federation, confirmed that the World Championship in Germany 2026 is a new station in the journey of global participation, and a qualitative addition to the series of prestigious championships, and qualifies 7 teams for the Los Angeles Olympics 2028, indicating that the current list of qualified riders will see 4 of them participate in Germany, according to the final list that will be announced by the technical staff.

He explained that the UAE riders, with their distinguished skills, high abilities, and experience gained in various international and Olympic tournaments, face a great challenge to demonstrate the extent of development in this sport, and to confirm the great position of the UAE at the level of foreign competitions.
