المملكة: Prince Turki Al-Faisal: Al-Faisal University translates King Faisal’s vision of building humanity and enhancing knowledge

Al-Faisal University’s qualitative outputs in various disciplines, representing an honorable model for the role of education in the service of humanity.

He pointed out that the university is not limited to preparing national competencies only, but also embraces students of different nationalities, in a scientific and humanitarian mission that transcends borders, keeping pace with the Vision 2030 Study in Saudi Arabia initiative.

This came in press statements following His Highness’s patronage, yesterday, of a graduation ceremony for students from a number of colleges, the general class. 2026, which was held in the Princess Haya Bint Turki Hall at the , in the presence of a number of their highnesses princes, excellencies and parents.

His Highness explained that this scientific giving translates the vision of the late King Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The ceremony included the graduation of students from the Faculties of Engineering and Advanced Computing, Medicine, Pharmacy, Science and General Studies, in addition to graduates of the master’s programs in engineering and medicine. The ceremony began with the royal anthem, followed by the march of the graduates, then the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an.

After that, the University President, Dr. Muhammad bin Ali Al Hayaz, delivered a speech in which he stressed that universities have become beacons for making an impact. And engines for innovation and development, noting that the university is moving confidently towards consolidating its position through advanced academic programs and global strategic partnerships that contribute to Transferring knowledge and localizing it, and preparing its graduates to keep pace with a rapidly changing and increasingly challenging world.

His Excellency explained that the university has expanded its academic system to include specific specializations in medical sciences, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence, while allowing the study of sub- and dual specializations, in addition to launching 14 specialized programs in the fields of data and artificial intelligence, within an integrated educational system to prepare national competencies capable of leading the future.

Al Hayazeh noted the international nature that characterizes the university, as international students constitute more than 35% of its total students, coming from more than 50 countries, embodying a global academic environment that enhances diversity and enriches the educational experience.

He also reviewed the qualitative project for the new sports facilities, whose foundation stone was recently laid by His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Riyadh Region, at a cost exceeding 300 million riyals, stressing that it reflects the vision of The university is building an integrated environment that cares for the human being in terms of knowledge, health, and quality of life, coinciding with the near completion of the third phase of its construction projects, with the support and blessing of His Highness the Crown Prince – may God protect him –

At the conclusion of his speech, the President of the University, on behalf of its employees and graduates, extended thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may God protect them. After that, a speech was given to the graduates, in which they expressed their gratitude for His Highness Prince Turki Al-Faisal’s sponsorship of the ceremony crowning their academic career, stressing their determination to employ the knowledge and knowledge they had acquired in the service of the nation.
