Al Wasl returns to winning ways with a hat-trick against Ajman

Al-Wasl team regained its winning streak, after achieving an important victory over its host, Ajman, with a score of 3-1, in the confrontation that brought them together this evening at Rashid Bin Saeed Stadium in the 22nd round of the Professional Football League, in the presence of about two thousand spectators.
The match witnessed the first appearance of goalkeeper Suhail Abdullah in the yellow jersey, where he made a remarkable presence, after the club ended its relationship with first-choice goalkeeper Khaled Al-Sanani following the events that accompanied the Sharjah match in the last round.
“The Emperor” raised its score to 36 points, advancing to fourth place, while “Orange”’s score froze at 24 points in eighth place.
Mikel Borja opened the scoring in the 37th minute, before Ali Saleh increased the lead with the second goal in the 74th minute, while the third goal came in the 79th minute with friendly fire, after Ajman goalkeeper Ali Al Hosani accidentally scored in his own net while trying to block a Brian Palacios shot.
In stoppage time, Ajman scored its only goal through Lethiri Silva from the penalty spot in the 1+90 minute, ending the match with a 3-1 victory for Al Wasl, in a strong return for the team to the path of victories.
