المملكة: A citizen was arrested for transporting 8 violators of the border security system in Jizan
Patrols caught The General Administration of the Mujahideen in the Jazan region ordered a citizen to be transported in a vehicle driven by 8 violators of the border security system of Ethiopian nationality. They were arrested and legal measures were taken against them. The violators were referred to the competent authority and transferred to the Public Prosecution.
The official spokesman for the General Administration of the Mujahideen confirmed that everyone who facilitates the entry of violators Border Security System to the Kingdom or transporting them within it, or providing them with shelter or providing them with any assistance or service in any form, exposes oneself to penalties of up to (15) years in prison, a fine of up to one million riyals, and confiscation of the means of transportation and housing used for shelter, in addition to defaming him.
He explained that this crime is considered a major crime requiring arrest, and a violation of honor and trustworthiness, urging the reporting of violators of residency regulations. Labor and Border Security call (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiyah, and (999) and (996) in the rest of the regions of the Kingdom, and all reports will be treated with complete confidentiality without any responsibility on the part of the person reporting.
