"Bloom Holdings" It will showcase its major projects in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain during "Addis 2026"

Abu Dhabi, May 12 / WAM / Bloom Holding, during its participation in the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit “Addis 2026”, reviewed its major development projects in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, stressing the importance of integrating the roles between the government and private sectors in advancing the process of sustainable urban development and building integrated residential communities that keep pace with the aspirations of the future.

Carlos Wakim, CEO of Bloom Holding, confirmed in a statement to the Emirates News Agency, WAM, that the company’s participation in the summit for the second year in a row reflects its continued commitment to contributing to the urban renaissance witnessed by the emirate, pointing out that major real estate projects require effective partnerships and a long-term development vision, especially in projects with broad development scopes.

He said that “Bloom Holding” is considered one of the main developers in Abu Dhabi, as it implements huge projects according to the highest urban standards, pointing out that the “Bloom Living” project extends over an area of ​​2.2 million square meters, and includes more than 4,500 residential units within four integrated development phases that include various service and commercial facilities.

He added that the company is also developing, in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority and the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre, the “Al Mutlaa” project in the city of Al Ain, which extends over an area of ​​five million square metres, and provides about 2,250 homes designated for citizens, which contributes to meeting the needs of Emirati families and enhancing stability and quality of life.

He explained that the “Al-Mutlaa” project embodies an integrated development vision based on providing various vital services and facilities within the residential community, as it includes a government school and a private school, three mosques, a commercial center, and a hospital, in addition to green spaces, infrastructure, and external facilities that provide a sustainable and integrated living environment for residents.

With regard to artificial intelligence, Wakim pointed out that the world is witnessing a growing interest in AI technologies and their role in developing technology and work methods, stressing that they represent a supportive tool for enhancing operational efficiency and accelerating the pace of achievement and innovation, while emphasizing that humans will remain the focus of development and real life, and that people’s needs related to housing, stability and comfort cannot be replaced by the virtual world, which requires achieving a thoughtful balance between technical development and the requirements of human life.
