Dubai Investments is looking for investment opportunities in Oman

Dubai, May 14 / WAM / Dubai Investments held a high-level meeting with His Excellency Dr. Khalfan bin Saeed Al Shuaili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning of the Sultanate of Oman.

The company delegation was headed by Khalid bin Kalban, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Investments, with the participation of a number of leading figures in the management team, to explore potential investment opportunities in the Sultanate of Oman.

During the meeting, potential investment opportunities in the Sultanate of Oman were discussed, with a focus on the real estate sector and related sectors such as construction, construction materials and infrastructure.

This meeting is part of Dubai Investments’ drive to strengthen its presence in the region by focusing on partnerships that are in line with national development priorities.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on the development of the urban development scene in the Sultanate of Oman, and the rapid growth in huge real estate and infrastructure projects.

Dubai Investments reviewed its integrated portfolio, which includes real estate development, construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure support services, which enhances its ability to contribute to projects that require integrated implementation.

The group’s distinguished industrial and service capabilities were also discussed, and its role in supporting major projects and enhancing long-term operational efficiency in the Sultanate of Oman.
