"Dubai Endowments" It covers the costs of Hajj for a number of needy families and humanitarian cases

Dubai, May 18 / WAM / The Endowments Foundation and Minors’ Funds Management in Dubai have covered the costs of the annual trip to perform the Hajj rituals for a number of needy families and humanitarian cases who have not previously performed the Hajj, through the Foundation’s Hajj Bank, as part of its continuing efforts to support people with limited income and enable them to perform the sacred rituals with the support and contribution of charitable and giving people.
Dubai Endowments is keen annually to allocate Hajj grants to a group of deserving people according to specific requirements and priorities, including giving priority to the elderly with limited income who have never performed Hajj, through the bank designated for Hajj, in a way that reflects its humanitarian mission and its societal role in consolidating the values of solidarity and compassion.
Omar Jumah Al-Mazmi, Director of the Foundation’s Endowment Department, confirmed that the initiative embodies the Foundation’s commitment to its humanitarian and societal mission aimed at supporting deserving groups and enhancing their quality of life, noting that enabling beneficiaries to perform the Hajj has a profound moral and humanitarian impact, especially for needy families and the elderly who have waited years to fulfill this blessed wish.
Al Mazmi added that the Foundation continues to implement its sustainable endowment and charitable initiatives in cooperation with generous donors and benefactors, which contributes to expanding the circle of beneficiaries and enhancing the values of community solidarity and solidarity, stressing that these initiatives reflect the UAE’s established humanitarian approach and its keenness to establish a culture of giving and sustainable charitable work.
In the context of its efforts to strengthen community endowments, the Foundation had previously launched the “Dubai Government Employees Endowment for Hajj and Umrah” to complement the mission of this endowment and to consolidate the culture of sustainable institutional endowment among employees of government agencies in the emirate, in a way that supports the sustainability of humanitarian initiatives and expands their societal impact.
