Noura Al Qubaisi, champion of the Fatima Bint Mansour Endurance Race Cup

Equestrian Noura Hamad Al Qubaisi, riding “Easy Play” for Al Bawadi Stables, won the Sheikha Fatima Bint Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Women’s Endurance Race Cup, for a distance of 100 km.

The race, which concluded today at the Emirates International Endurance Village in Al Wathba, witnessed strong competition in all its stages with the participation of 125 female riders, and the winners were crowned by Sheikha Fatima bint Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Sheikha Latifa bint Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Also participating in the coronation ceremony were Muslim Al Ameri, General Manager of the Emirates International Endurance Village in Al Wathba, and Lara Sawaya, Executive Director of the Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan Racing Festival.

The champion horsewoman won the title by covering the total distance of the race, achieving 3:18:03 hours, with an average speed of 30.30 km/hour.

Equestrian Fatima Muhammad Ibrahim won second place on the horse “Al-Kuneta” for the “M7” stables, recording 3:18:07 hours, and Zamzam Al-Hassani came third on the horse “Polia Condesa” for the Al-Bateen Stables with a time of 3:18:50 hours.

In a related context, 31 volunteers from the “We Are All Police” members of the Abu Dhabi Police General Command, represented by the Community Police Department – External Areas Section, participated in organizing and educating the public, spreading the culture of volunteerism, and supporting other police teams in the Sheikha Fatima bint Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan Women’s Endurance Race. For a distance of 100 km.

The volunteers played major roles that had a tangible and significant impact on the success of the race, by completing many tasks related to the organizational arrangements before and during the race, in the accompanying events, and during the champions’ crowning ceremonies.

This positive participation received praise and appreciation from the officials of the Emirates International Endurance Village in Al Wathba, the riders and the visitors, given the distinguished role of all volunteers in providing guidance to the movement of visitors within the village.
