المملكة: “Education”: Eid Al -Fitr holiday is 17 days starting at the end of the day of hours today, Wednesday

Today, after the end of Wednesday, 19 Ramadan 1446 AH, the Eid Al -Fitr holiday for male and female students begins at various academic levels, according to the academic evaluation approved by the Ministry of Education.
The leave will last for 17 days, as students are scheduled to return to the study seats on Sunday 8 Shawwal 1446 AH.

The Eid Al -Fitr holiday is one of the most important periods that students and their families await to spend enjoyable times with the family and enjoy the atmosphere of the feast.

Family visits

During this leave, families are keen to organize family visits, travel to internal and external tourist destinations, in addition to the practice of various recreational activities.
The leave also represents an important opportunity for students to rest and relax before the study resumed for the remaining semester.

According to the academic calendar, several vacations remain during the current academic year, most notably the lengthy weekend leave on Sunday and Monday 6 and 7 Dhu al -Qi’dah 1446 AH, then the Eid al -Adha holiday that begins on Friday 3 Dhu al -Hijjah 1446 AH, where the students return to the study on Sunday 19 Dhu al -Hijjah 1446 AH.
The academic year will end with the end of the year, which begins on Thursday 1 Muharram 1447 AH.

The new academic year

As for the new academic year 1447 AH, the Ministry of Education determined that Sunday 1 Rabi` al -Awwal 1447 AH be the first school day, with the possibility of announcing new updates in the study plan and curricula during the coming period, in line with the targets of education development in the Kingdom.

This comes within the framework of the ongoing efforts made by the Ministry of Education to enhance the quality of education and improve its outputs, in line with the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, which aims to develop the educational environment and enhance the skills of male and female students.
With everyone’s commitment to the academic evaluation, the educational process is going according to specific time plans, which contributes to achieving academic stability and ensuring the efficiency of educational performance.
