"Fujairah Martial Arts" He crowned the UK Community Excellence Award
Fujairah on April 3 / WAM / Fujairah Martial Arts Club crowned the “Excellence in Community Responsibility” award for the year 2025, organized by the “Green Organization” in the United Kingdom, in appreciation of its distinguished societal initiatives.
The club’s most prominent initiatives included the launch of the “Future Generations” program, which aims to discover and refine the talents of children and youth in martial arts, in addition to holding strategic partnerships with local schools to enhance the role of sport in the development of personality and instilling societal values.
The club also organized awareness and community workshops in cooperation with different parties, to enhance the culture of safety in sports, and to educate players, coaches and parents about the best moral and behavioral practices in the sports field.
The club also launched a comprehensive sports season that included 6 varied races, targeting all age groups, from children to senior citizens, with wide participation from different segments of society.
Nader Abu Al -Shawish, director of the Fujairah Martial Arts Club, stressed that this achievement translates the support and follow -up of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, the first supporter of the club’s march, and coincides with the community’s year in the UAE, which enhances the club’s responsibility towards serving the local community and enabling future generations.
He pointed out that this victory is the result of sincere collective efforts, and reflects the club’s belief that sport is a developmental and humanitarian message that contributes to building a more comprehensive and sustainable society.
