“Bayan and Sulawi” in protest against the arbitration in his match against Sharjah

Al Wasl Football Company issued a statement in which it protested the performance of the arbitration team, which managed its match against Sharjah, the day before yesterday, in the 26th round of the ADNOC Professional Football League, which ended in the interest of the “King” 4-1 and his solutions in second place on the ranking list, while the result led to Al-Wasl’s fourth place.

The company stated, in a statement, to her that it records its objection to the arbitration decisions in the closing round of the league, and said: “Based on our keenness on the reputation and integrity of the Emirati arbitration, as it is a basic pillar in the march of professionalism and development, which is witnessed by our sport in the United Arab Emirates, we in Al -Wasl Club record our condemnation and our deep resentment, which saw the arbitration performance in our match against Sharjah Club.”

She added: “At a time when we record this resentment, condemnation and intense protest, the match was marred by a number of influential decisions, which did not rise to the desired level and raised doubts among the masses, followers and residents of the arbitration performance.”

Al -Wasl identified the cases he objects to, namely: “Calculate a penalty kick with a red card accompanied by the player Salem Al -Azizi in the 47th minute, although the television return clearly showed the player’s hand clearly, and that the ball was under the control of the goalkeeper.”

He continued: «We confirm that this decision directly led to the loss of the match and the loss of second place, as a result of errors that cannot be ignored from the two rulings of the arena and the video, and accordingly we have asked the authorities officially to open an urgent investigation into the merits of these decisions, and to take the necessary measures to protect justice and develop the arbitration system in line with the aspirations of clubs and fans.
