Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center launches the 13th session of the program "Small cultural guide"
Abu Dhabi, July 21/ WAM/ The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center announced the launch of the thirteenth edition of the “Little Cultural Guide” program, one of its programs listed under the umbrella of “Al -Bani Al -Bani”, which collects the center’s initiatives, activities and programs concerned with the youth and youth category of the homeland.
The program aims to cultivate the talents and energies of young people, through an integrated group of training elements and various workshops, and works to stir the passion of the participants to present cultural tours at early ages, and includes the definition of participants with the basics and standards of the performance of cultural tours, and their training on them, as well as informing the center’s messages in reviving the arts of Islamic civilization, as it is a cultural heritage that is transmitted by generations.
The center called on male and female school students to register in the program, which is divided into two periods, each of which targets two groups of male and female students, the first from 14 to 24 July, and the second from 4 to 14 August next, and they include two groups, the first of the age group (11 to 14), and the second of the age group (15-17 years), and so that each group is trained separately.
The program includes two training workshops, the first entitled “The influential speaker”, during which the legacy of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, the approach of wise leadership, the skills of presentation, delivery and effective communication, overcome tension, and prepare the influential suspension, while the second is held under the title “The aesthetics of the mosque and practical application”, and includes the definition of art as a global language to communicate between cultures.
The number of graduates of the program since its inception reached 498 graduates, while the localization rate of the profession of cultural tours at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center reached 100%.
