The UAE stands in solidarity with Italy and offers condolences to the victims of a building explosion

The UAE expressed its solidarity with the friendly Italian Republic, as a result of an unfortunate building explosion that occurred near the city of Verona in northern Italy, resulting in the death and injury of a number of members of the Italian National Gendarmerie (Carabinieri), firefighters, and police.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, and to the government of Italy and its friendly people in this painful tragedy, wishing a speedy recovery to all those injured.
