Dubai, October 20, 2020 / WAM / Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, the Future of Healthcare Summit 2025 will kick off tomorrow at the Dubai World Trade Center, and will continue for three days, with the participation of about 4,500 specialists from around the world.
The summit is held in conjunction with the International Family Medicine Conference and Exhibition and the Annual Radiology Exhibition and Forum, to form a global platform that brings together thought leaders and health sector pioneers to review the latest scientific and technical developments, and discuss the future of medicine and healthcare. It is supported by the Dubai Health Authority, the World Federation of Public Health Associations, and the Mediterranean Parliament.
The summit will witness the launch of a working paper outlining the UAE’s achievements in the healthcare sector and its strategies to achieve sustainable growth for the sector, in addition to providing opportunities to communicate with Dubai Health Authority experts and discuss future cooperation prospects.
More than 50 leading brands from more than 20 countries will participate in the event, along with more than 70 experts and speakers within an integrated scientific program that includes two main tracks that include more than 20 sessions and 50 lectures, with 17.25 hours of continuing medical education approved for participants.
By combining knowledge exchange, innovation and global expertise, the Future of Healthcare Summit 2025 cements Dubai’s position as a leading destination for medical excellence.
In a related context, the Annual Radiology Exhibition and Forum in Dubai, in its tenth edition this year, is witnessing a qualitative shift through its partnership with the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), with the aim of providing a world-class educational experience that contributes to improving the quality of patient care. The conference includes more than 50 brands and 85 international speakers, and offers 21 credit hours in continuing medical education within a scientific program that includes 24 sessions. It will be held in two halls dedicated to radiography and radiology techniques, in addition to more than 30 scientific poster presentations.
This event gives participants an ideal platform to learn, communicate and explore the latest developments in the field of medical imaging technologies.
In addition, the 12th edition of the International Family Medicine Conference and Exhibition 2025 (IFM) will attract 50 leading brands in the fields of pharmacy and healthcare this year, and more than 45 international speakers and experts over three days, in addition to more than 120 scientific poster presentations.
The scientific program also includes special sessions on government initiatives, held under the auspices of the Ministry of Health and Community Protection and the Erada Center for Treatment and Rehabilitation “ERADA”, to discuss public health priorities with the participation of the most prominent stakeholders.
It is noteworthy that the Future of Healthcare Summit 2025, the Annual Radiology Exhibition and Forum, and the International Family Medicine Conference and Exhibition are organized by INDEX Conference and Exhibition Organisation, a member of INDEX Holding, while these events are supported by the Dubai Health Authority.
