Al-Ahly women’s basketball faces the Congolese CNSS in the quarter-finals of the African Championship

The first women’s basketball team of Al-Ahly Club will meet its Congolese counterpart, CNSS, in the quarter-finals of the African Basketball Championship for Women, which will be held in the Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Hall in the Red Fort during the period from 4 to 15 December.

 

The match between the women of Al-Ahly Club and its Congolese counterpart, CNSS, will begin at 7:30 pm today, Tuesday, In the presence of a crowd of people from the Red Castle.

 

 

The women’s basketball team qualified for the quarter-finals of the tournament, topping the standings of the first group after achieving the full score and winning the three matches against each of the Ivorian Friends Association, Rwanda’s Rage, and Angola’s Sporting Luanda.

The team’s roster includes Dina Amr – Radwa Muhammad – Raneem Al-Jeddawi – Miral Ashraf – Thuraya Muhammad – Nadine Salawi – Yara Osama – Hajar Amer – Delisa Washington – Asia Strong – Akon Ross – Nemir Lawal.
