Kuwait: The Egyptian community begins voting in the runoff round for the second phase of the House of Representatives elections

The voting process for members of the Egyptian community in Kuwait began at exactly nine o’clock on Monday morning, on the first day of Egyptians voting abroad in the runoff round for the second stage of the House of Representatives elections for individual seats, at the headquarters of the Electoral Committee at the Fairgrounds in the Mushrif area.

 

The Egyptian embassy called on members of the Egyptian community in Kuwait to participate in this entitlement and exercise their right in the voting process. It is noteworthy that the runoff round for the second phase of the House of Representatives elections for individual seats includes 55 districts distributed over 13 governorates, which are: Dakahlia Governorate (a run-off in all of its 10 districts), Gharbia Governorate (a run-off in its entire 7 districts), Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate (a run-off in its entire 4 districts), Menoufia Governorate (a run-off in its entire 6 districts), Qalyubia Governorate (a run-off in 5 out of 6 districts), Sharkia Governorate. (Reinstatement in 8 out of 9 districts), Cairo Governorate (Reinstatement in 7 districts out of 19), Ismailia Governorate (Reinstatement in 3 districts), Damietta Governorate (Reinstatement in one district), Port Said Governorate (Reinstatement in one district), Suez Governorate (Reinstatement in one district), North Sinai Governorate (Reinstatement in one district), South Sinai Governorate (Reinstatement in one district).
