103 arbitrators and 58 experts at Ajman Arbitration Center 2025

Ajman, February 1st / WAM The number of arbitrators in the Ajman Arbitration Center of the Ajman Chamber at the end of last year reached 103 arbitrators, and the number of experts reached 58 experts, in an indicator that reflects the rapid development in the arbitration competencies and experts affiliated with the center, as part of its continuous efforts to enhance its role and raise its efficiency in providing specialized arbitration services in accordance with the best practices and approved standards.
Hindi Obaid Al Matrooshi, Secretary General of the Ajman Arbitration Center, revealed that the rate of processing requests for the arbitration service reached 100%, and the rate of processing requests for the expert registration service reached 100%, which reflects the efficiency of procedures, speed of response, and quality of services provided by the center.
He explained that the Centre’s keenness to eliminate bureaucracy in providing services contributed to reducing the procedures necessary to apply for services by 24%, which reflected positively in accelerating the completion of transactions and raising the level of customer satisfaction.
The center aims to provide alternative means of resolving disputes by enhancing the role of arbitration as a means of resolving disputes fairly, raising the level of awareness, spreading the culture of arbitration and its importance in facilitating business, achieving justice, qualifying national competencies, and building national capabilities specialized in arbitration, in addition to working to develop regulations and procedures.
