Explain The National Center of Meteorology stated in its report that this decline included other northern regions, as climate indicators recorded six degrees Celsius in both the cities of Arar and Qurayyat.
The impact of this cold wave extended to reach the capital, Riyadh, in addition to Rafha and Qaisumah, all of which were equal to recording seven degrees Celsius in today’s dawn readings.
These climate changes, which touch zero Celsius in some Locations, millions of citizens and residents are faced with the need to deal with caution in these cold winter weather.
