Dubai Healthcare City Authority launches a facilities package to support its partners

The Dubai Healthcare City Authority revealed the launch of a set of economic facilities for the business community in Dubai Healthcare City, to support the businesses of its partners and enhance their opportunities for sustainable growth. The facilities include an exemption from reactivation fees and late fines on commercial licenses renewed during the period from April 1 to June 30, 2026, and also allow companies to pay renewal fees in installments according to structured payment plans, including post-dated checks, extending until September 30, 2026. Additional facilities include providing flexibility in a number of leasing options in Dubai Healthcare City, allowing the postponement or rescheduling of checks due into payments, depending on Upon request, exemption from check postponement fees and returned check fees.
This step comes within the framework of Dubai’s commitment to providing all possible forms of support to various vital sectors in the emirate, enhancing their flexibility and confirming their readiness and ability to respond quickly to surrounding changes.
