"Abu Dhabi Sports" Signs a contract to establish and operate the Mushrif Area Center
Abu Dhabi, April 14 / WAM / The Abu Dhabi Sports Council announced the signing of a Musataha contract with Abdul Hamid Al Khouri Real Estate Investment Company to establish and operate a community sports center in the Al Mushrif area, for a period of 32 years, including two years for the development period and 30 years for operation.
The project comes within the framework of the efforts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi aimed at strengthening the sports infrastructure and providing integrated facilities that support members of society and enable various groups to practice sports.
The project is located on a plot of land with an area of 3,000 square metres, and aims to provide an integrated sports experience through modern facilities designed according to the latest international specifications and standards.
The project is in line with the emirate’s trends in enhancing the quality of life and providing a healthy and safe environment that encourages community members to practice sports and physical activity on a regular basis.
It includes an integrated sports center that serves men and women, and includes two separate fitness clubs, padel courts, and a multi-use indoor gym, in addition to service and commercial facilities to serve the center’s visitors.
