After that, the authorized manager reviews the application within a period of up to fourteen working days.
The Ministry also explained that grievances are examined by a specialized committee in the education department in the governorates within a period not exceeding sixteen working days, before being referred to the grievances examination committee in the general administration of education in the region, which considers applications within nineteen working days.
The final stage witnesses submitting the request to the Director General of Education, who takes the necessary decision within a maximum period of 22 working days, in conjunction with the work of the main committee in the Ministry’s office to issue and approve recommendations and notify the employee of the final result.
The Ministry of Education confirmed that submitting grievances is done exclusively through the “Fares” electronic system, which allows occupants of administrative positions to easily submit their applications and follow them up electronically. The Ministry stressed the importance of adhering to the specified timetable, stressing that this mechanism reflects the Ministry’s keenness to enhance transparency and justice in all stages of administrative work and achieve an efficient work environment and job satisfaction.
