Exclusion of Lima from the Al -Wasl and Al -Wahda match “Punitive action”

Al-Wasl coach, Serbian Milosh, revealed the reason for excluding the captain of the team, Fabio Lima, from the “Emperor” match with Al-Wahda in the 21st round of the Andenok Professional League, which ended in a 2-2 draw, on Saturday, at the Zabeel Stadium, indicating that a punitive action was taken by the technical staff against the international player for misconduct, as he put it.
Milosh told «Emirates Today»: “Lima was excluded because of his misconduct in the previous match against Al -Jazeera, and I am responsible for the decision, yes, it is true, for the best player in the team and his goal, and we missed him in front of the unit, and I hope that he will return stronger in the upcoming matches, but my decision comes in his interest.”
He explained: «A problem occurred in the Al -Jazeera match, so any player has the right to get angry when he is replaced by the match, but he does not have the right to talk about the time of playing in the match, and unfortunately the situation was repeated more than one match, and therefore I should have taken the difficult decision on the player and the team as a punitive measure as a result of misconduct.
Milosh had replaced Lima in the 57th minute of the Al -Jazeera match in the last round, in which Al -Wasl won a clean luxury, and Jimenez involved him instead, which angered the player from the coach’s decision.
And about the Al-Wahda match in which the team failed to maintain its progress and extract the third place of the unit, Milosh said: “I think that the tie with the unit 2-2 is a realistic result due to the course of the match, as we presented a bad match at times and gave the opponent large spaces to pressure us, but we returned and we had the ball and did everything, so the tie with the unity is not bad but it is realistic, after the match was in our hands before we give them.”
It is noteworthy that Lima is one of the most prominent players of the league, and he fought with Al -Wasl this season 20 games, during which he succeeded in scoring eight goals and making four goals, and he had never missed any match for the team throughout the current season except for the Al -Wahda match.
