“Victory Basket” renews confidence in the agent … and maintains “Harris”

Supervisor of the basketball game in Al -Nasr Club, Adel Al Jasmi, revealed the renewal of confidence in the technical staff of the first team, led by coach Hossam Al -Wakil, and the maintenance of the services of the American professional playmaker, Marvel Harris, for the new season that begins next September.

He explained: «The agent has been associated with the Al -Nasr basket since 2017, when he held the position of coach of the youth team, before the men’s team led to winning its first title historically in the President’s Cup in 2019, when the agent took over the team’s training in an emergency, at a station that paved the way for him later to officially take over the tasks of training the first team in the club.”

He added: «The local goal is still to continue the approach of building (a team of tournaments) and fixing the feet of the victory basket on local titles, especially the league championships, with the ambition of moving to the continental level, and being among the lists of clubs competing in the (Super West-Asia) league for the upcoming seasons.

He concluded: “Our ambition in the new season is better to go out from last season, and to stay competitors for all local titles, despite the strength of competition for the same repeated names, whether Sharjah defending his title in the league championship, or Al -Ahly youth crowned with the last titles of the season (the Vice President Cup), especially since both teams will represent the Emirati basket in (the Super West -Asia) in its new version, and the contracts that will be concluded The two clubs’ departments to support its ambitions by competition locally and externally.
