The delegation of the Egyptian junior chess team returns to Cairo after winning two medals in the African Championship

Khaled Abdel Azim, Public Relations Officer of the Egyptian Chess Federation, received the delegation of the Egyptian junior national team participating in the African Junior Chess Championship, which was held in Zimbabwe, on behalf of the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Chess Federation.
The delegation that arrived today, Monday, included the Egyptian champions who achieved honorable results, as player Jana Mohamed Zaki was crowned with the gold medal, while Player Ahmed Qandil won the silver medal, under the leadership of the distinguished and veteran captain Mohamed Emad Abdel Nabi.
For his part, Major General Mokhtar Emara, President of the Egyptian Chess Federation, communicated with the delegation, expressing his great pride and pride in the honorable achievement achieved by the Egyptian champions, stressing that these results reflect the development of the level of juniors and the success of the work system within the federation.
